TTV Control Units are systems for operating TTVs with their electronic test board (ETB). They combine a robust industrial control computer, a DAQ unit and power supplies in one device. The I/O and the pre-installed Nanotest TTV Control software enable a plug and play workflow for thermal tests. TCU systems are available in multiple sizes – from compact 19" units to full rack solutions – depending on required heater zones, output power, and expansion level.

Hardware Performance
Depending on configuration, TCU systems supports sepeprate control of the TTVs heater zones. The installed power supplies support thermal loading of TTVs up to 12 kW. This setup enables uniform and multizone heating.
Integrated data acquisition supports readout of up to 112 temperature sensors in combination with our MUX-board. Logging rates of 1 Hz enable continuous monitoring during cycling tests.
We offer flexible configurations for your desired power architectures enabling access to single device operation as well as multi-system setups.
Control Software Included
Every TCU includes the pre-installed Nanotest TTV Control Software. Users can control heater zones, power supplies and measurement channels from one interface without additional programming.
This enables fast setup, automated long-term testing, and efficient data evaluation including analysis and visualization.
Software Features:
- Live Temperature and Power Monitoring
- Automated Power Cycling Profiles
- RTD Measurement and Visualization
- Thermal Impedance Calculation
- CSV File Data Logging and Export
- Calibration File Import
- Safety Shutdown Temperature Limits
- PID Parameter Adjustment for Closed-Loop Control
Scalable from Lab Bench to Rack System
Compact TCU versions are ideal for single TTV setups and development labs. Larger rack-based systems can control multiple trays and deliver total a power output up to 20 kW.
